This is a detailed breakdown of everything I carry in my repair kit for riding and guiding on mountain bikes, gravel tours, and paved trail trips around town.

First-aid Kit: Freezer zip-loc bag, tweezers, nail clippers, rubber gloves (w/ biohazard waste bag), gauze, Antibiotic cream +pain relief, small pill bottle wrapped in tape (and containing: ibuprofen, acetaminophen, allergy pills, Benadryl, aspirin).

Section of spare chain (saved excess removed during a new chain install)
