  2. UPHILL CORNERS
    1. Pick your gear
    2. Ride the outside
    3. Smooth pedaling, toe scoop
    4. Lower chest & chin
    5. Keep traction balanced
  3. DOWNHILL CORNERS
    1. Use that dropper seat
    2. Ready position
    3. Heel drop
    4. Brake before turning
    5. Pre-turn
    6. Twist your hips
    7. Early apex
    8. Forward/aft balance
    9. Look ahead
  4. FLAT CORNERS
    1. Ride the outside
    2. Possible ready position
    3. Bike-body separation
    4. Drop the outside pedal
  5. PRACTICE DRILLS
    1. 90⁰ flat turn Left & Right
    2. 180⁰ flat turn L & R
    3. Turn w/ a rock dodge
